Yet, although simple, few of us actually implement it. Each session includes 2-3 mindfulness practices accompanied by group discussions around the topics of: mindfulness, mental health, self-compassion, and nervous system regulation. So many people think they can’t do mindfulness because their mind is too noisy or they can’t sit still, and then come to a class and realize they can!
