Neurodivergent Mental Health Coaching & Psychotherapy
Being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world is hard. Whether you're autistic, ADHD, HSP, or a combination of all three, it's not easy. The masking, the having to explain to yourself, the not being believed, the being judged, the stress & overwhelm, the shame, and inevitably the sense that "I wish I could just be more like everybody else" - it's exhausting. But it doesn't have to be that way. And that's where neurodivergent mental health coaching & psychotherapy come in.
It's time to stop hiding. To stop compromising your soul and your needs just to make others comfortable (at the cost of your sanity). To stop the guilt-tripping, shaming and shoulding. To put down the mask and free your inner child. To learn all the self-regulation tools you need to live the life of your dreams. To start believing in yourself, and build your self-confidence and self-esteem. To learn the tools you need to start working with your brain and body instead of fighting against it. To set boundaries and stand up for yourself, or just walk away from the situations that are exhausting you. To start actually implementing that self-care. To let go of your baggage and trauma.
Whether you identify as an empath, highly sensitive, autistic, ADHD, or just human - it's time to embrace and express all of you.
Because you owe it to yourself to live your life for you, instead of for everybody else
In a world where you often feel different, alone and like there’s something wrong with you, having a compassionate non-judgemental space that’s all about you is so important. Because Life is crazy sometimes. Life is hard sometimes. Live is overwhelming sometimes. And to be human is to experience all of it. The sadness, the anger, and the confusion. The joy and the delight. And everything in between. Yet most of us are never taught how to cope with hard things, how to talk about the unspeakable, how to feel what is terrifying, and what to do when everything feels like too much. That is where counselling and psychotherapy comes in.
Every single person on this planet could benefit from counselling and psychotherapy, and it is never too late to start. Most people turn to counselling in times of hardship (anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, etc.) but it can be beneficial at any stage in life, even just to make sense of things when it all starts to feel like too much.
