To stop compromising who you are and your needs just to make others comfortable. It's time to unleash your inner child. And step confidently into your true authentic self. Whether you identify as an Empath, Neurodivergent, or just human - it's time to embrace and express all of you.
I see you. You’re the one everyone knows they can count on. Some might call you a perfectionist or high-achiever, maybe it's you, maybe it's a trauma response, or maybe it's just the way your brain works. But you feel DEEPLY, you feel other peoples emotions as if they were your own, so it’s pretty darn hard to stop saying no. It’s hard letting people down. You want to be loved and cared for, but that often leaves you with nothing left for yourself. Whether its taking on extra work when you're already overworked, not saying how you really feel because you don't want to hurt anyone, going for a night out when you're drained, or being there for a friend when you've got nothing left to give.
You are allowed to have needs and feelings, and you owe it to yourself and your mental/emotional wellbeing to express them
And perhaps you rationalise it and tell yourself it's not big deal, but you're tired, exhausted, and maybe even burtnout. Perhaps it's straining your relationships and resentment is building up - you feel unloved and uncared for. You don't have the energy to chase your own dreams. And maybe it's even resulted in a new addiction or bad habit.
You're not what happened to you, you're what you choose to become
And so you're doing the work, whether that's meditation, yoga, or something else. You've been to therapy, you journal, and you’re pretty darn self-aware (again, maybe that's just your brain or maybe it's a trauma response). But when it comes to actually putting it all into practice, you're hitting a block. And that's where coaching comes in! As a coach I'm here to support you with the tools, accountability, confidence, and knowledge you need to actually implement the change you seek.
