So here's the truth: health comes in all shapes and sizes, no food is good or bad, eating healthy isn’t a virtue, and praising weight loss makes no sense. Our body’s shape and size, really don’t matter!! Yet we’re constantly being bombarded with information that tells us the smaller your body the more beautiful you are, and the more worthy you are of love and belonging. These are lies that are spread by those who profit off you not loving yourself, yet it’s become so widespread that we are all culpable of continuing to spread them. It's time we change the narrative and start loving ourselves so that we can be the ones who benefit instead.
We spend ALL of our time in our heads, so having a voice that’s always telling us we’re ugly or simply not enough, is exhausting, saddening, and just worsens our quality of life. Learning to LOVE YOUR body and enjoy living in it is one of the most worthwhile journey’s you can go on.
