Wednesday Mindfulness class - single session
Join this Wednesday evening at 7-8pm GMT for a one hour mindfulness class.
Classes will run October 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, and November 6th.
Session includes 2-3 guided mindfulness practices plus a discussion on mindfulness philosophy.
You know when one small thing goes wrong and it sends you spiraling and ruins the rest of your day? Maybe you get stuck in traffic and are late for an appointment?
Mindfulness doesn’t stop the bad stuff from happening but it teaches you how to handle it better so you don’t get overwhelmed, freak out, and can still enjoy the rest of your day.
