Take some time out of your busy life to prioritize and focus on YOU and treat yourself with some self-love & self-care. Nurture your mind, body, and soul and connect with like-minded people.
Along with a gentle nurturing yoga practice and loving kindness mindfulness meditation, there will be a talk on self-love & self-care - discussing what it looks like, why it's important, why we struggle, and how to make it easier. This will be followed by some journaling prompts to support you in loving and caring for yourself more. So that you can prioritize your mental and emotional wellbeing on a daily basis.
We all know the things that are good for us, yet implementing them can be hard. Scheduling in the time to do them is the first step. And when we do them with a group of others it is so much more powerful than when we do them alone. We learn so much from each other and realize that none of us are really alone, and we all go through different variations of the same sh**. So why not do it together and lighten the load?
