✓ Struggle with sensory overwhelm or emotional overwhelm ✓ Are experiencing or have experienced burnout ✓ Struggle setting boundaries or asking for your needs to be met ✓ Have difficulty navigating social situations or maintaining relationships ✓ Get overwhelmed and crash from masking all day ✓ Have difficulties focusing, planning, prioritising, and organising ✓ Find it difficult advocating for your needs in work or social situations ✓ Have low self-esteem and feel like you’re never good enough or there’s something wrong with you ✓ Struggle with procrastination and task initiation ✓ Struggle with time blindness and missing deadlines ✓ Experience rejection sensitivity ✓ Struggle to manage finances (budgeting, paying bills, impulsive spending,etc. ) ✓ Have difficulty establishing healthy routines and habits ✓ Are feeling stuck and unable to pursue your passions |

✓ Learning to unmask ✓ Showing yourself compassion and self-understanding ✓ Systems that work for focus, task management, time management, organising, planning, and overcoming procrastination ✓ Building habits and routines that work for you ✓ Managing stress, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and sensory overwhelm ✓ Recovering from and preventing burnout ✓ Building deep and meaningful relationships, setting healthy boundaries and advocating for your needs ✓ Building your confidence, pursuing your passions, and achieving your career and life goals All of these are specific for autistic and ADHD brains |
